Geneva-based Cerret has launched its discreet safety bracelet, merging luxury design with advanced emergency technology. Global demand is growing rapidly, with over 150 units already shipped worldwide and 400 pre-orders in progress.

Personal safety remains a pressing global issue, with individuals seeking practical and stylish solutions to address risks such as harassment and violence. Cerret offers an innovative answer with its smart bracelet, which combines the elegance of 24-karat gold craftsmanship with cutting-edge safety features.

The bluetooth-enabled device is designed for quick emergency response. By double-pressing a concealed button, users can send automated calls, messages, and live GPS location updates to pre-selected contacts for up to 48 hours. The bracelet also activates a 30-second audio recording via the Cerret mobile app, further enhancing personal safety.

Alexandre Cerret developed the bracelet following a personal incident that highlighted the need for discreet safety solutions. This vision materialized into a luxury product that redefines personal security, blending functionality with elegance.

A global expansion supported by Western Switzerland’s innovation ecosystem

Since its commercial launch in January 2025, the Cerret bracelet has reached customers in the U.S., U.K., Canada, and the DACH region, with strong interest from a diverse audience. The accompanying Cerret app further enhances family safety with features such as GPS tracking, battery monitoring, and check-in options.

Cerret’s development began in 2022, supported by Fongit and its FONGIT Innovation Fund (FIF), which provided CHF 250,000 in funding. The company is now seeking an additional CHF 500,000 to expand its team, enhance its app with features like direct police contact, and amplify marketing efforts, particularly in the U.S. market.

To further support its growth, Cerret has recently signed a strategic partnership with a security company operating in both the U.S. and Europe.
